Cebu City Room Assignments November 2013 Midwives Board Examination

The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) announces that the list of examinees Room Assignments in Cebu City for November 2013 Midwives Licensure Examination  also known as Cebu School / Building Assignment in November 2013 Midwives Board Exam is posted here.

The said midwives or midwife licensure exam will be held on November 16 & 17, 2013 given by the Professional Regulatory Board of Midwifery in cities of Baguio, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Legazpi, Lucena, Manila, Tacloban, Tuguegarao and Zamboanga.

INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Examinees should report before 6:30 in the morning every examination day. LATE EXAMINEES WILL NOT BE ADMITTED.
2. Bring the following: Notice of Admission (NOA), Official Receipt, pencils no. 1 or 2, black ball pens, metered-stamped window mailing envelope, long brown and long plastic envelopes.
3. CELLULAR PHONES AND OTHER ELECTRONIC GADGETS ARE STRICTLY PROHIBITED.
4. Wear the prescribed dress code.
