Tuguegarao City Room Assignments November 2014 Midwives Board Examination

The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) announces that the list of examinees room assignments in Tuguegarao City for November 2014 Midwives Licensure Examination  also known as Tuguegarao City School / Building / Room Assignment for November 2014 Midwives Board Exam is posted here.

The said midwives or midwife licensure exam will be held on November 8 -9, 2014 given by the Professional Regulatory Board of Midwifery in cities of Baguio, Cagayan De Oro, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Legazpi, Lucena, Manila, Tacloban, Tuguegarao and Zamboanga.

INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Examinees should report before 6:30 in the morning every examination day. LATE EXAMINEES WILL NOT BE ADMITTED.
2. Bring the following: Notice of Admission (NOA), Official Receipt, pencils no. 1 or 2, black ball pens, metered-stamped window mailing envelope, long brown and long plastic envelopes.
3. CELLULAR PHONES AND OTHER ELECTRONIC GADGETS ARE STRICTLY PROHIBITED.
4. Wear the prescribed dress code.
